Where Liquidfin is instructed to collect on a creditor client's behalf, collected payments are settled directly into that creditor's own trust account. Liquidfin does not receive, hold, or transfer collected funds on behalf of its creditor clients.
Any account balances, statements, arrangements, or reporting (including AOD, RPC and Conversion reports) displayed or communicated by Liquidfin are provided for informational purposes only, may be subject to reconciliation and verification, and do not constitute legal or financial advice.
Liquidfin operates on a negotiable, commission-only, no cure–no pay basis for creditor clients placing collection books with us. Specific commission terms are agreed in writing with each creditor client prior to the commencement of collection activity on a placed book.
Where Liquidfin makes contact with an individual regarding an overdue account on behalf of a creditor client, such contact will be conducted professionally and in accordance with the National Credit Act and applicable debt collection legislation.
Should you dispute any information relating to your account, you must contact Liquidfin directly using the details on this website.
